Consultation case
・We were approached with a request to upgrade a standard product, so we succeeded in differentiating it by improving the quality of the fabric surface by removing fuzz using a gas-singing process.
・We received an inquiry about whether it was possible to process cotton yarn to make it less prone to static electricity, as it is used for material purposes. By gas singing the yarn, we were able to reduce the fluff index and successfully suppress static electricity.
・When we received a consultation about difficulty in weaving high density fabrics due to excessive needle breakage, we performed gas singing on the fabric, which resulted in an increase in smoothness and enabled weaving without needle breakage.
