We are particularly proud of our "gas singeing process," which we have the know-how that only Toyotashigyo can offer in the world.
With this technology, each thread is singed 360-degree fluff, which makes it look glossy and smooth. By doing this, you will be able to use it as a product with added value.
In this gas singeing process, if you try to suppress fluffing too much, it will be oversinged, and it will burn or burn. However, if the heat is sweet, fluff will remain. High skill and experience are required to adjust the degree of heat and the speed of threading depending on the thread.
